How To Change Your Life - Become Emotionally Fit

If you want change your life.....become emotionally fit.
Get stronger mentally and emotionally. Drive yourself.
Master it and your life will be so much easier.

Become emotionally fit and it will be a lot easier to handle your life and your career.
Get emotionally fit my accepting 100 % responsibility of the experience of your life.

Learn  to control your thoughts and your mind instead of your mind controlling you.
Use your mind. Don't let your mind use you.
Anything can happen in life but remember that you are bigger than the moment.

A few tips!

Read at least 30 minutes every day. Not the internet but books. Read something that will inspire you and motivate you. Something that will teach you a new skill or a new strategy. Something that will open you to a new way of thinking. Something that will transform you.
Leaders are readers.

Exercise every day. Move your body for at least 30 minutes a day and it will change how you feel emotionally.
Challenge your body and make it grow. Try a new sport.  Go for a quick run. Lift weights.

Find a role-model. Figure out what they are doing and then do the same. Find someone that have gotten the results that you are after and then model them.

Find someone that is hurting worse than you are and help them. We all have problems and there is always going to be someone in worse shape than you.
And when you help them it will put things in perspective.
