Without a Decision Nothing Will Happen!

We never change things by fighting the existing reality.
To change something we must build a new model that will make the existing model obsolete.

In other words.....stop focusing on what isn´t working or what you can´t do and start focusing on what is working and start to create some new ideas on what you want.

Do you believe that you can do what you are trying to do?
(It doesn´t matter if it´s loosing weight, getting out of debt, attracting healthier relationships or making more money).
Most people are not there. They are mostly operating on hope and wish.

We must get to belief.
We must believe that we can do or accomplish what we are trying to do.
When we believe we are ready.

Our belief system is based on valuation of something.
Sometimes we must re-evaluate something and then our belief system will change.


Make up your mind that you are really going to do, what you are going to do.

Activate an image in your mind.

Decision will activate ideas and information right away. Ideas will start to flow into your consciousness.

Without a decision nothing will happen.

Make a decision. I am really going to do it! You don't need to know how. 

If you see yourself "on top of the mountain" you will get to the top of the mountain.

You must live the part that you want to be.

Create a picture of yourself and then live it.

Don´t allow anyone else´s opinion sidetrack you.

Stop asking other people what you should do
We are in a habit of asking other people.
When we ask other people what they think we should do - we are asking for approval.
We don´t have enough confidence inside to know what we should do.

Let´s start with what we know.
It´s our life and nobody else's
No one can decide for us and no one can do it for us.

People that are getting results in their lives - are ordinary people.
They are just doing things differently.

Our self-image will set the boundaries for our performance in our lives.

We cannot outperform our self-image. We will never do it.

No matter if it´s weight, income, relationships or happiness.

Our self-image sets the boundaries of our performance in each and every area of our life.

The greatest conflict is what we want to be versus what we are, right now.

As you are...... is not how you must remain.

The image you hold of yourself is a foundation or idea on which your whole entire personality is built.

This image not only controls your behavior it also controls your circumstances as well.

When you alter the image in your mind. You take this idea of what you want to be and learn how to plant it in your subconscious mind. Release the idea and your life will change.

Change your picture of your self-image and your results will change "out there."

Change on the inside will effect your outside.

Most people are trying to alter their image on the outside - but they are still the same person on the inside.

Remember that you are one of a kind. God only made one of you. You are a winner. You are one of God´s ideas.

You are so valuable.

But it is how you see...YOU.....that will make a difference.

Today´s Tip!

Make a written description of what kind of person you are going to become.
You don´t need to know how it is going to happen, right now.

- What kind of person do you want to be?
- How do you want to live?
- Where do you want to be in your career?
- What kind of financial position do you want to be in?

How do you want to change?
Build an image of being healthy, wealthy and happy!

Why Complaining is Dangerous to Your Health, Happiness and Wealth

You create everything that is in your life and you also create everything that isn´t in your life.
And everything in between.

According to the "Law of Attraction" we will attract things or people of the same energy level or vibration as we are.
It is law. Like attracts like.

What you focus on will also expand. It doesn´t matter if you are saying it out loud, writing it down or just thinking it. The result will be the same.

Today I am going to talk about complaining.

Are you a complainer?

Did you know that complaining is the worst thing you can do for your health, happiness and also your wealth.


What do you focus on when you are complaining?

What is right with your life.....Or what is wrong with your life?

Yes....a complainer is focusing on what is wrong with their life and since what you focus on will expand......what will you get more of in your life?

You will get more of what is wrong with your life. Like attracts like. It is law.

When you are complaining you are actually attracting more things to complain about.
More crap will show up in you life.
When you are complaining you will actually turn into a giant CRAP Magnet!!!!!!

Complainers are usually telling everyone how crappy their lives are.
"Look at me...look how crappy my life is!"

I got news for you.......Your life is crappy because you complain a lot!!!

So what is the reward of being a complainer?

Remember that we never do anything in life for no reason at all.

The reward is that you will get attention!!! and attention is very important to most people.

Today I want to give you a challenge...

For 7 days..... NO complaining!
No verbal complaints, no complaining in writing on FB or other social media and no complaining in your thoughts

Do this for at least 7 days and you will be surprised how your life will change.

If you have created a reality of always complaining you can un-create it by stopping to complain.

If people want to be around someone that is angry and constantly complaining....well maybe there is something wrong with them too.

Our Habits Control Our Lives

If you want to change things in your life, you must create new habits.

You are responsible for changing. No one can change you....but YOU.

If you are in debt right now and you want to become debt free.... you must apply the habits of a debt free person.

If you want to become healthy and loose some weight..... you must apply the habits of a healthy and slender person.

What do these people do differently. What daily habits do they have. Find out and then apply those habits in your own life.
Read some books. Go on-line and find articles about people that have done what you are trying to accomplish. Find a mentor.
Find out what makes these people successful and then do what they do.
Most of the time it isn´t very complicated.
It is simple to do..... but not easy.

But you must have the will to do it.

First you must want to change and then you must have the will and the discipline to actually do it.

Only you can decide that you want to change and you have to do the actual work yourself.

A lot of us want to change but we don´t want to do the work involved in making the change.

If you blame something "out there".... it will you off the hook.
Out there is the reason that you can´t change and then you allow yourself to back down.
Get back in your comfort zone and tell yourself that it isn´t really your fault. The fault is out there.

"Out there" can be anything. It can be your parents, your ex-spouse, friends co-workers, your job or your current circumstances.
You are the victim of something "out there."

Stop wishing for something to change in your life.
Stop blaming "something out there" for your current misery.
Instead take charge of your life.
Decide on exactly what you want and then create the daily habits that will take you in that direction. One step at a time.

Little by little a little become a lot.
One new habit can change your life drastically in a couple of months or a year.
Our habits can either make us or break us.

The first step is showing up for your dream every day, no matter what. Even if it´s only for one hour.
No excuses.

Over time you will put in a lot of effort that will slowly start to pay off.

There is no such thing as overnight success. All successful people achieved their success by making daily choices.

Have patience. All things are difficult before they become easy.

Promise yourself that you will never give up.

What Do You Really Want?

Are you fenced in?

How many of us are slaves to our past?

How many of us are not doing the things that we are really wanting to do because of the past?

Choosing is important.

The power to choose is the greatest power.

Yet we often fail to decide on what we actually want in life.

Getting in life is not difficult.
But deciding on what we want is tough.

We are where we are in life today because of the choices that we have made.
If we want something bigger in life, we must choose something different - Starting today.

Fear of failure is the #1 reason people don´t try to do things.

A lot of people will tell you that they didn´t get what they wanted in life because they were afraid to try.

To overcome the fear of failure we must have a goal big enough worth failing for.
Failure is great. You can´t have success without failure.

If you shoot at nothing - you will hit nothing.
Take a chance.

We must begin to see possibilities.
We must begin to see doors instead of walls.

It is not where you are, that counts. It is who you are.
You can change your life by changing the way you think.

Take some time by yourself.
Decide on what you REALLY WANT. 
Start creating the picture in your mind. Write it down. 
Take action and go after your dream!

Are You Thinking in Reverse?

Are you happy with your life?

Did you know that the results that you have been getting up to now have been controlled by the way you think.

If you don´t like the results, maybe it is time to change your thoughts.

Are you thinking in reverse?
If you are..... you probably will create more of the same.

A lot of us are using way too much of our mental energy on where we are right now.
How bad it is.
Stop wasting mental energy on old outdated pictures. Take them down .

Stop fighting the old and focus on the future.

If you change your thoughts - it will change your life.

It is time to create a new picture for your life. 
Start doing some creative thinking. Figure out what is possible for you.

Keep you mind on a higher image than a lower concern.
Make a shift and start thinking of what you want instead.
Create it and then take action every day towards it.
Stop wasting time and energy on things and people that doesn´t matter.
Leave them where they are.

Tell yourself.....
I am moving forward with my life - I´m not staying here.

Don´t let us look backwards in anger.
Or forward in fear.
Let us look around us in awareness.

You Will Never Feel LIke It.....Just Do It!!!

                                       we´ll be waiting for the rest of our lives.

It is simple to improve on our lives and to get what we want, but it isn´t easy.

If it was easy, everybody would be living their dream life.

So why don´t we?

Because we are so busy waiting to feel like doing it.

I have news for you.....You Will Never Feel Like It!!!!!

A lot of times we are waiting for something or someone to come along to inspire and motivate us.

What about if they don´t show up! What are you going to do then???

It requires discipline and motivation to live a happy and fulfilling life.

Both discipline and motivation are inner muscles.
You are responsible for growing and developing these inner muscles.
No one can do it for you.

In other words you must do the work.

Most of us don´t ever feel like doing the things we really need to do. If you are waiting for the day you feel like doing something, you will be waiting a long time.

You just have to make yourself do the things that you really don´t want to do.

No one ever feels like going on a diet and eat carrot sticks and celery instead of doughnuts.

No on wants to spend an hour every night at the gym, while they could just hang out in front of the TV instead.

No one wants to get up an hour early to read and learn a new skills.

No one wants to read a book when they can hang out on Social Media.

You have to force yourself to do the things that you really don´t want to do so that you can be all that you are suppose to be.

You cannot wait around to do it until you feel like it.

You will never feel like it.

Are You Acting On Your New Ideas?

You have life changing ideas.
All day long you have ideas that can change your life, change your career, your relationships and they can change the world.
The new ideas can change the way you feel.

What do you do with theses ideas?
Probably NOTHING!

If and when an idea enters your mind - and it happens all the time.
Then the idea is likely good for you.

But we often feel that we can´t act on an idea, if it is far beyond our picture in our own mind of what we can do with the idea.
We usually look for a reason why we can´t do it.

Ignore it.
Your old conditioning is just messing with you and it is trying to reject the new idea.
Instead you must...... Go for it.
You might just get one shot at that new idea. Take it!

Next time an idea enters your mind......ask yourself.....
Is this new idea going to take me from where I am today and move me in the direction of the star that I am shooting at?
In other words......... Will this new idea make me reach my goals?

Try to never dismiss a new ideas. The new idea can be a life changer for you.
Instead take a few minutes to think about it. Stop and do some creative thinking.
Try to figure out if this new idea will improve your life.
A lot of times we are only one great idea away from success in our lives.

Just remember....... when a great new idea enters your mind, write it down immediately.
Don´t trust your brain to remember it.
Always write it down.

Then of course you must act on the idea.
Without action it will remain .....Just another great idea, that you didn´t act on.

A lot of times we would like to be like other people. Look like them. Act like them. Live like them.

Instead of wanting to copy someone else and their life. Embrace what makes you unique.

Realize that you have talents, skills, experiences, knowledge that no on will ever have.

There will never be another you.

There is no one that can do exactly what you can do.

You have your own superpower with your own unique ability to contribute.

Make sure you use it. The world needs what you have got.

Are You Destroying Your Own Willpower?

Do you like to start things to try to improve your life?

Like meditation, exercising, healthier eating habits or maybe reading an inspirational or educational book per month.

Do you feel enthusiastic in the beginning but once the novelty is wearing off you are not feeling excited about it anymore?

Do you often use the approach that "I will do something when it is feeling good but you will quit when it is not going so well."

If this sounds like your approach, let me tell you something.......
You are destroying your own willpower.

Whatever you are trying to do, decide in advance how long you will do it.

Ex. If you have decided to start meditating for 10 minutes.
Set a timer for 10 minutes. Have a goal.
Decide in advance that it doesn´t matter if your meditation is good or are going to finish it.

You have decided to work out for 30 minutes three times per week.
Decide in advance that you will complete all three matter how you feel....good or bad. Set a goal.

Whatever you do to improve your life....set a timer.
Or even better...get a journal and start tracking your progress.

Set a goal. Finish it. This will increase your willpower.

Did The Fear Bug Bite You?

                       Your mind can focus on fear, worry, problems, negativity and despair.
                  Or it can focus on confidence, opportunity, solutions, optimism and success.

                             Don´t let anyone´s ignorance, hate, drama or negativity
                                     stop you from being the best person you can be

Fear is toxic and it is poison.
If you allow it to bite you, it can spread fast through your body and especially through your mind.

If you are an empathic and self-aware person you will become more and more sensitive to other people and their state of being.

You must always guard your own mind and be aware of when you have taken on the thoughts and emotions of other people.

You might be having a great day and your life is moving on fine and then after spending time with someone you know and like you start to feel awful.
Maybe at this particular moment this person was in a fearful and negative state, and after you had spent some time with this person, you started to feel negative and fearful........ for no reason.

What just happened was that you allowed the fear bug to bite you and now the poison is spreading fast in your own mind and body.
You have just allowed this person´s fear to become your own fear. They just dumped their trash and fear all over you.
Doesn´t feel fair does it?

Of course it isn´t! but unfortunately this happens all the time. So we must be careful who we associate with. Who we allow ourselves to listen to, who we spend time with and who we take advice from.

Maybe this particular person is a family member or a close friend and you can´t just stop spending time with them.
But what you can do is that you can limit the time you associate with this person and maybe limit yourself to connecting with this person via phone or text and limit your face-to-face time together.

A couple of years ago I got really tired of being dumped on by this particular friend of mine.
Every time we got together she was always in a negative state and complained about everything and everybody. She was so filled with negativity and she had allowed fear to take over her life.
Finally I had it. I decided that I could no longer spend time with her by myself. Instead I limit our time together, and I just communicated via phone and text.
But I also realized that this person was a very nice person, underneath all that fear and negativity.
I didn´t want to completely stop spending time with her, because she did have a lot of wonderful qualities underneath all that fear.
So instead of spending time with her in person, by myself. I decided to bring along a good friend every time we got together.
It worked. She kept the conversation upbeat and without negativity.
So now when we get together face-to-face, I always make sure I bring another friend with me.
It works every time.

As we all know..... we can´t change anyone.
People have the right to be negative and toxic if they want to be.
But we can control the amount of time we spend with someone.

We can also start sending loving thoughts their way.
Because underneath all that fear and negativity is a yearning for love.

When we understand that the fear and all the negativity is just a cry for love, we can now start sending love instead of answer back with more fear.
