A Great Goal Exercise That Will Only Take 5 Minutes

                                                    Write Your Goals Down
                                                   if they're not written down.
                                                       they're just dreams.
                                                  When you write things down,
it sets off a chain of events
                                                    that will change your life.

Write out your goals.
All goals have to be in writing. If you don't have your goals in writing they are not goals, only wishes.
Write down you goals specifically and clearly.

1. Every single morning rewrite your major goals in the first person singular as though they already existed. Doing this will take about 2-5 minutes.
If you goal is to  earn $ 100.000 a year.....write down.....I earn $100.000 a year.
If your goal is to weigh 135 pounds.....write down.....I weigh 135 pounds.
If you goal is to become financially independent.....write down.....I am financially independent.
If your goal is to become a teacher.....write down.....I am a teacher.
If your goal is to live in Colorado.....write down.....I am living in Colorado.

2. Every single evening take 5-10 minutes and review your progress. Take time to sit down and review what you did in the course of the day.

3. Ask yourself....what have I done right today that has moved me toward my goals?

4. What would I do differently if I had to do today over again?

Commit yourself to do this exercise for 30 days. You will be amazed at what you will be able to accomplish.

Every time that you are writing down your goals you are programming your subconscious mind. You will activate the RAS(reticular activation system) and it will attract things, people, circumstances, money or opportunities into your life. These things will harmonize with your dominate thoughts.....Your Goals.
