Life Lessons

"If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you.
If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you"

We are all affected by what we know.

How can we learn more so that we can avoid the dangers out there and also be able to maximize opportunities in life?

Here are a few tips!

Learn from your own personal experience

A lot of times we will learn something right by first doing it wrong.

"WOW...that didn´t work out as I had planned" or "That experience was costly and hurtful".

Sometimes a negative experience can turn out to be a positive experience.
(If you learn from it and don´t repeat it again.)
It might even be a wake-up call.
Ex...After being diagnosed with diabetes you might decide to make a change in your lifestyle and your daily habits. You start reading all the books that you can find on health and nutrition. You might start to exercise on a regular base. Doing all this could dramatically change your life and your future.
If you change......things will change for you. But you must be willing to do the changes.

Learn from other peoples experiences.

It doesn´t matter if they are positive or negative.

If someone has messed up it life, wouldn´t you want to know how they messed up...so you won´t make the same mistake(s) as they did. Learning from other peoples mistakes is great and valuable information.

Also learn from peoples success stories. How they did it.
How they became financially independent. Or how they had successful relationships in their lives. Or how they were able to live a healthy lifestyle after having a heart attack.

Success leaves clues. But make sure you take notes.
Write it down. Don´t trust your memory.

Learn from what you see. Pay attention.

You can pick up a lot of information and great ideas by just watching. Be an observer of the winners and also the losers. The ones that are doing well in life and how they do it. Also pay attention to the ones that are falling behind. And learn what are they doing wrong.

Learn from what you hear. Be selective of what you will listen to.

You will need to find voices of value. People that have great success, ideas, experience and reputation.

Learn from reading as many books as you can.

If you are looking to become financially independent and getting out of debt, then you need to read books about financial independence. If you want to become a better parent, them you need to read books about parenting. If you want to improve your relationships in your life, you must read books on how to have better relationships. If you want better health and vitality in life, you must read books about health and fitness.

When you read you must learn to sort through the information that is valuable to you and what you are trying to accomplish. Always.... take notes

Gather the information that will apply to you.
