Wake Up & Be Awesome!

In my blog this past Monday, I was writing about how important it is to spend the last hour before you go to bed on something inspiring and empowering instead of watching the late evening news and go to bed feeling scared, angry, worried and bent out of shape.

How are your morning rituals?

Are you turning on the TV as soon as you get out of bed, or check your cellphone or other social media?

If you want to have an inspiring and empowering day you also have to start doing something in the morning that will make you feel good and ready to get out of bed and start the day on the right foot.
