Have You Developed Your Intuition?

                                                                        Intuition
..........is the GPS of the soul..... Is yours turned on???

                                                    "You must train your intuition.
You must trust the small voice inside,
which tells you exactly what to say, what to decide."
                                                             - Ingrid Bergman

Intuition is not something regarded to certain people or to psychics. Everyone has it and everyone has experienced it.

Have you ever been thinking of your old friend Cindy, and then the phone rings and it's Cindy on the line.
Or maybe you have had a moment where you felt as though something wasn't right? perhaps stopping into a parking garage late at night, or feeling negative around someone without knowing why?

Maybe you have experience this before, have you shrugged it off, dismissing it as just nonsense?

We have all experienced this kind of intuition. The trick is to learn to tap into it at will to achieve greater level of success.

As a culture we have learned to believe that rationality is what should prevail when making decisions about anything from starting our own business, what to eat for dinner, or what to wear today.
But what is that "inner voice" or gut feeling, that little nudge from within that tells us how we feel beneath those layers of logic.

Here are a few ways to listen to that internal voice and allow it to guide your everyday life

1. Meditation

The regular practice of meditation will help you clear out distractions and teach you to recognize subtle impulses from within.

2. Spending time being quiet

It is important to make time to listen to your intuition. Your most valuable intuitive wisdom often comes when you are relaxed and open to receive it.
ex. Sitting by the ocean, a walk the in the woods, staring into a fire, yoga, listening to inspirational music or jogging.

3. Silence your inner critic

Often times we rationalize away those voices within. This time, listen without judgment.

These three exercises will assist you in creating a new, deeper relationship with self, help clarify that inner voice.

"Voice that doesn't use words. Listen."

"Intuition will tell your thinking mind where to look next."

Make sure to immediately write down any impressions, you receive.
Intuitive impressions are often subtle and therefore disappears quickly.
So make sure you capture them in writing as soon as possible.
