Start One Thing Today

to make you feel proud of yourself."
Today ....Start doing all the things that will make you feel better.
It could be things like.....
exercising , a healthier diet, reading more books or saving more money.
How about cleaning up some decisions, getting a few things done.
Maybe getting things started and organized.
Make a positive move in the right direction.
Develop a plan for your life.
Create a few daily disciplines.
