Be The Best Version Of You!

Self-discipline begins with the mastery of your thoughts.
If you don't control what you think,
you can't control what you do.

It is simple to improve on our lives and to get what we want, but it isn´t easy.

If it was easy, everybody would be living their dream life.

So why don´t we?

Because we are so busy waiting to feel like doing it.

I have news for you... You Will Never Feel Like It!

A lot of times we are waiting for something or someone to come along to inspire and motivate us.

What about if they don´t show up! What are you going to do then?

It requires discipline and motivation to live a happy and fulfilling life.

Both discipline and motivation are inner muscles.
You are responsible for growing and developing these inner muscles.
No one can do it for you.

In other words, you must do the work.

"Without self-discipline,
success is impossible, period."
- Loy Holtz

Most of us don´t ever feel like doing the things we really need to do. If you are waiting for the day you feel like doing something, you will be waiting a long time.

You just have to make yourself do the things that you really don´t want to do.

No one ever feels like going on a diet and eat carrot sticks and celery instead of doughnuts.

No one wants to spend an hour every night at the gym, while they could just hang out in front of the TV instead.

No one wants to get up an hour early to read and learn a new skill(s).

No one wants to read a book when they can hang out on social media.

You have to force yourself to do the things that you really don´t want to do so that you can be all that you are supposed to be.

"Self-respect leads to self-discipline."
- Clint Eastwood

You cannot wait around to do it until you feel like it.

You will never feel like it.

Just Do It!!!
