Holding On Or Letting Go?

Balance is not something you find.

                                                    It's something you create.

We are all so busy right now.

But what are we actually busy doing?

Is what you are doing right now leading you in the direction of where you want to go?

Or is it leading you away from what you truly want?

Do you even stop long enough to figure out if what you are busy doing, is in alignment with your goals, vision and your own values?

Or do you constantly keep on pushing with no particular direction in mind?

Is it time stop stop and look around?

Do you feel like your life could use some calming down?

It won't happen by itself.

If you don't like your busy schedule... maybe it's time to change it?

Maybe it's time to simplify your life?

How much are you actually doing that doesn't amount to anything and that doesn't lead you in the direction of your vision or your dream?

Why are you doing it? Maybe you are doing it for the wrong reasons?

Many things we do... we simply do because somebody else wants us to do it.

It's not wrong to do things for other people because they want us to.

But it's wrong to complicate our life, when we feel in our heart, that we are not suppose to do it and by doing it, it will definitely complicate our life instead of simplifying it.

"Life is a balance of holding on, and letting go."

                                                                  - Rumi

Learn to say NO.

And the key is this....yes, we want to please others but if  we have to displease ourselves and our own purpose or mission in life, in order to to please others, then we are out of alignment or balance.

Learn to say NO.

Feeling overwhelmed? Learn to say NO.

Don't say maybe, if you want to say NO.

NO...is a complete sentence. It doesn't require justification or explanation.

Saying NO to things that don't serve you, will allow you to say YES to things that will.
