Unleash The Power Within You

As many of you already know, I am a huge fan of Tony Robbins and I have been following him for at least 20 years. The last 10 years I have been spending a lot of time, reading his books and also articles written by him or his team. I also frequently watch videos, podcasts and interviews where either Tony is doing the interview or he is being interviewed.

I was going to attend UPW live in Dallas, in the fall of 2014 but life interrupted and I couldn't go. That was a huge disappointment for me and attending UPW have been a part of my ultimate vision for my life.
Well..... I finally got my chance to attend UPW and this time it was done live, but virtually via Zoom.
We were 22 500 people attending from 138 different countries. What an amazing event it was.
It was a huge party!!!
So now I am a graduate of this amazing event.
Has anyone of you ever been to this event or any other events with Tony Robbins?

UPW is a 4 day event and every day is about 13 hours filled with amazing wisdom, information, personal stories. You know Tony has now been doing this for 42 years and he as a lot to share. The good and the bad. In my opinion he is one of the best. Probably the best. One of his mentors was Jim Rohn who is another person that I have learned a lot from. You can hear a lot of Jim's teachings and wisdom when you listen to Tony.

UPW is a very energetic and interactive event. I thought my butt was going to be sore after spending so many hours in front of my computer watching it virtually. But I was completely wrong. Instead my feet were killing me from all the jumping and dancing around. Tony likes to keep the energy going and flowing.

One thing that we were told by Tony was that what we learn during the UPW event we must now teach someone else. The more people we can all impact, the better. So today I decided to share some of the things that I learned during the UPW event with Tony.

If this designates with you.....great..... and if it doesn't just leave it alone.
Take what you like and then leave the rest.

Here we go.....
Here is some Tony Talk!

Being a leader is someone that lives life on their terms.

A - See things the way they truly are. Not worse.
B - See it better than it is. Come up with a compelling vision.
C - Make it the way you see it. Your vision. Make it real. Create a strategy.

We must initiate. We must make it happen. We can't be passive.

Repetition is key. Each and every day. Practice...Practice...Practice.

If you are not doing it.....you really don't know it.

Emotion is created by motion. The way you move will determine how you feel.

The quality of your life is the quality of your emotions.

Momentum is the difference between success and failure.

Life is always happening for us.....not to us.

Your past doesn't equal the future.

Burn your boats. If there is a way out, most people will take it.

Clarity is power.

A - What does an extraordinary life look like at the next level?
B - What is preventing you from getting what you want?
C - What action can you take right now to to move you forward?

A breakthrough.....when the impossible becomes possible.

Divorce the story of your limitations and marry the unlimited potential of you.

When you start with..... HOW am I going to be able to accomplish my dream?....You will kill the dream. You must start with WHY. Reasons come first. Why do I want to accomplish my dream?
A - WHAT do I want?
B - WHY do I want what I want?

80% of success is psychology
20% is strategy

Disappointment either destroys you or drives you.

Where focus goes..... energy flows.

Either you are an example or a warning. What are YOU?

Get into ACTION. Thinking about it, won't do it.
A - Schedule it.
B - Commit to it.
C - Lock it in.

When you engage the body..... you engage the brain.

When you talk..... you are only a dreamer.
When you schedule it..... it's real.

Whatever you believe.....will be.
