Take a Self-Appreciation Inventory

Are you taking time to enjoy what you have accomplished in the last day, week, month and year?

Don´t forget to appreciate what you have done so far.

Take a self-appreciation inventory and look back on where you have been and where you are today.

At then end of each day you must reflect back on the day. What have I done today?

Knowing that you finished all you started out to do that day - that is encouraging.

Take time to enjoy what you have accomplished. Your success should be a pleasure.
Appreciating what you have got, what you have done and who you have become .......is important!

Why?
It is an important component in fueling your future achievements.

Celebrate your achievements.
Little achievements are just as important as the big ones. If you can´t appreciate the small achievements you can´t enjoy the big ones.

Happiness is in the becoming.....Not in the getting. Happiness is here and now. Happiness is not the end result. It is part of the journey.

Pat yourself on the back once in a while and tell yourself.......Good Job!

You must always reflect on where you have been!

WOW....I have been through a lot!

Look at what I have learned!

Look at what I have done!

Look at who I have become!

Reflect back on your past accomplishments.
Write them down.

And then think of all the potential within you that is still untapped!
