How to Stop Negative Thinking Dead in its Track

Did you know that we have about 50 000 thoughts per day?

Most of those 50 000 thought are the same as the once we had yesterday and the day before and the  day before.

75 % of those thought are also negative thoughts!!!



Most of the time we beat ourselves up with self-defeating thoughts.

Did you know that it takes the body approximately 24 hours to recover form 5 minutes of negative thinking?

WOW......24 hours to recover from ONLY 5 minutes of negative thinking!!!!!!!!

It is very important to stop negative thinking dead in its tracks and to rebound quickly from the setback.



We must learn to change our self-talk.
