How to bounce back after life knocks you down. Facing 3 large Obstacles

Over the years I have noticed and identified 3 large obstacles that are standing in the way of most people getting back on track and becoming successful after life knocks them down.

It is how you deal with these obstacles that will determine how well you will recuperate from your setback and how fast you will be able to bounce back and get your life back on track.

1. FEAR. Fear will sometimes stop us dead in our tracks. Fear will sit on our shoulders and whisper all kinds of "what ifs" in our ears. It will put pictures of failures and tragedy in our heads.

Have you ever heard FEAR= False Evidence Appearing Real....that is exactly what is going on.

Throw out all the negative dis-empowering  and scary "what ifs" and replace them with positive empowering statements or affirmations.

Hold onto the truth and keep on focus on what is working. Believe and have faith. It will have power to drive out all fear.

2. DOUBT. Doubt means to be undecided or skeptical about something. It is lack of conviction. It's being double minded. One minute you believe you can .....and the next minute you don't believe that you can. Doubts is a crack in your faith. You haven't really decided and you don't trust that it will work out.

Doubt you have to stop at thought level. When a negative and dis-empowering thought comes into your mind you have to stop it dead in it's tracks. Then you fill your mind with pictures and ideas that illustrate your vision and dreams for your life. You turn your focus to what is working instead of what isn't.

If you don't catch doubt in your mind, you will hear it coming out of your mouth. Instead think and speak of what is going to work and what is already working in your life.

3. UNBELIEF. This means to not believe. With unbelief , you simply don't believe. To believe means to place complete trust and confidence in someone or something. To get rid of unbelief you have to build your faith in the unseen  and unheard.

Do you know that words are seeds planted in your mind and heart. Seeds will always produce after their own kind. If you plant a corn seed , you are going to get a harvest of corn, not potatoes.

In the same way , if you hear your friends say you will never amount to anything, those seeds will produce insecurity and self-doubt. That's why you have to be careful what you hear and see.

Do the words you hear and see produce faith or fear, hope or discouragement, love or hate, and so on.
