What You Focus On Will Affect Your Life

"If you don't learn to control your thoughts,
you will never learn how to control your behavior."
                                                                 - Joyce Meyer

What you focus on totally affects your life. Whatever you focus on you are going to feel, even if it isn't true.

If you focus on that the economy is going to hell......you are going to feel like hell.

Are you a person that will focus on what you can´t control?
Like the weather, what other people did or didn't do or say, how you parents/siblings act, how your boss is rude, how you wife/husband is ignoring you or what is going on in the world and the news.

Or are you focusing on what you don't have in your life?
Are you constantly focusing on that you don't have enough money, a bigger car or a bigger house, that you don't have the perfect partner in you life, your friends are all rude or that you don't have the right job or resources available to you.

How about the past.....are you focusing most of your time on the past?
You constantly think about what happened in the past and you actually have taken up residency there.
What your parents did or didn't do, what you teacher said to you, someone mistreated you or even betrayed you.
It´s only when you life isn´t working, that your past matters. You learn from the past.....but you don't live there and you can´t drive yourself into the future by using a review mirror, called the past.
If you do....you will crash.

If you focus a lot of your time on what you can't control, on what you don't have or the past you are going to feel terrible.

Instead learn to focus in a different direction. Learn to see the opportunities instead.
Learn to control your focus......or the environment and the world will do it for you.

The news is always trying to get our attention. It is everywhere....TV, Internet, FB, Twitter and even on your phone. The news follows us wherever we go....... trying to get our attention.
The news is trying to get us to pay attention to a story that will jolt us. If it bleeds.....it leads.

There are also people in our own lives that are also trying to constantly get our attention through everyday drama, email or social media. Family members, friends, neighbors and co-workers.

So again.....if you don't take control of your thought the world will do it for you.

It is not what you focus on once in a while that will get you. It is was you regularly focus on that will affect you.

If you want to change your life you first have to wake up. Pay attention to what you have a tendency to focus on at a regular base.

We all decide on what to focus on.
If you realize that most of your thought are in the past, on what you can't control and what you don't have in your life......you can change your thoughts right now.

Make a conscious decision today to change what you focus on.
Don´t allow the environment to do it for you.

When you focus on what you want, everything else falls away.

Start by focusing on what is already working, what you are can control and what you are grateful for.
Focus on what is possible for you and what you want to create in your life.

Start Before You Are Ready

"The key to success is to start
                                                   before you are ready."
                                                        - Marie Forleo

It isn't necessary to have a perfect plan before we take the first step towards our goals.

We don't have to have a business plan before we start following our passion, purpose and our dreams.

You can start today by taking one small step.

If your ultimate vision is to write a book, why don't you start today by writing something on FB.

Maybe the next step will be writing a blog post.

Start a weekly newsletter.

Start doing something today. Every step matters.

"Little by little, a little becomes a lot."

Don't wait for the perfect moment to start your business or to write that book you have been wanting to write for several years.

Don't wait for the conditions to be "just right".
I have news for you.....the conditions will never be just right.

Or there will never be the perfect moment to start.
If you are waiting until you "feel like it" you will be stuck in a state of inaction.

Today is the day.
Start!

Stop Comparing Yourself To Others

"There is only one of you in all time,
This expression is unique, and if you block it,
it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost."
                                                            - Martha Graham

Most of us are terrible judges of our own work.

Not only are we terrible judges of our own work but really it isn't our job to judge our own work.

Don´t compare yourself to others and stop trying to figure out how valuable your work is.

Our job is to continue to create what we are good at.
If it is writing, music, singing, designing, dancing or painting. Nearly everyone is an artist in one way or the other and unfortunately every artist will judge their own work.

Your job is to share what you have to offer right now, with the world.
Continue to do what you are doing and don't stop because you don't think that you are good enough.
Unfortunately a lot of people will allow their own self-judgment to stop them from bringing their gifts and talents to the world.
Make sure that you allow your light to shine.
Give yourself a chance.

Your gifts and talents are needed. Someone out there is looking for exactly what you have got.
Share you knowledge, wisdom and your experiences. We are all teachers and we must share our experiences because they are valuable.

You are running your own race. Stop looking at other people. They are running a different race.
Your dream was given to you. Nobody needs to approve of your dream. If no one else can see it, it's because that dream was given to you and not them.
Hold it, cultivate it, nourish it and work it.

Start trusting and listening to yourself. Listen to the small voice within you.
Trust your ideas and your instincts.

Your job is to do the work and not to judge it.

Stay in your own race and share your talents with the world.

How to Create a More Positive Attitude

A positive attitude gives you power over your circumstances,
instead of you circumstances having power over you.

Having a positive attitude is very important if you want to be successful in anything that you do in life. So one big goal for  2017 should be to create and maintain a positive attitude.

Now if you already have a positive attitude .....you don't have to continue to read this blog.

So what is a positive attitude?
It is an attitude about optimism, enthusiasm, expectancy, growth oriented...."anything is possible" attitude.

Here are a few tips!

Know your outcome.
What are you trying to accomplish? What is your ultimate vision?
Before you take action you must know what you want and why you want it.
Decide how you are going to accomplish it and make sure that you actions will serve your greater goals and you ultimate vision.

Seek out other people who share a positive attitude.
We are like chameleons and we absorb through our skin other people's attitude, their language, beliefs and their way of talking and dressing. Make sure that you are hanging out with the people that are going somewhere in life. That are excited about the future.
Surround yourself with likeminded people. The positive thinkers and make sure you stay away from those who are excessively negative.

Get out of your comfort zone.
Doing the same old thing over and over again gets boring and even depressing. Besides you won't learn anything. Yes...staying in your comfort zone might make you feel comfortable because it is familiar, but you won't grow. To expand and grow you must get out of your comfort zone.
Try to do something every day that scares you a little. Try something new. Meet new people. Learn a new skill.
If you don't stretch yourself you will become old, slow and brittle. Just like the branches of a tree.

Take action on a daily base without any guarantees.
We all expect big results quickly when we start something new. Try instead to launch something without any guarantees of any results right away. Progress and growth takes time, persistence, focus, patience and a lot of creativity. These skill are all like a physical muscle. The more you use them, the bigger they get.
Do your best, but don't get stuck on the outcome. The joy is in the journey.
Who you become in the process of accomplishing your goals and your vision is what is the most important thing.

Develop and attitude of gratitude.
Be grateful for what you already have, while you are pursuing what you really want. Take sometime to appreciate yourself and everything that you have done, up until now.
Learn to say "Thank You" more often. Appreciate other people and compliment them often. When you compliment someone you will automatically feel better yourself.
Appreciate your family and your friends. Call them, meet with them, send them a card or buy them a gift expressing your appreciation of  them. You will be surprised how your own attitude will change.
Smile more often. I don't think that there is anyone who doesn't appreciate a smile from a stranger.
I know I do.

Laugh and be playful.
Don't take life so seriously. Play and have some fun. Do things. Get out more and learn to laugh at yourself. Start a new hobby something that will make you feel more joy and happiness. Be around animals. My dogs always make me smile and laugh. They sure can pull me out of a funk quickly.

Use obstacles and setbacks as stepping stones to greater success later.
Don't be afraid to fail. Really there is no such thing as failure. It is called feedback. You just learned a lesson and in the future you won't make the same mistake again.
Rejection won´t kill you either. Of course it will sting a little, but I guarantee you will get over it and you will live. Just get out there and try again. You will eventually get the hang of it.

I hope you will try these few simple tips on creating a more positive attitude.

A positive attitude won't allow you to do anything, but it will allow you to do everything that you do a lot better than a negative attitude will.

Don´t Wait Until You Feel Like It.....Because It Will Never Happen

"There is a choice you have to make, in everything you do.
So keep in mind that in the end, the choice you make, makes you."
                                                          - Philip B. Bliss

Do you want to change any area of your life?

Are you the kind of person that will wait until you "feel like it", before you do or change something?

To change something in our lives, we must learn to ignore how we feel, and do it anyway.

I don't feel like reading this book..... so I'll watch TV for a couple of hours.

I don't feel like going to the gym to exercise..... so I'll  go home and call a friend instead.

I don't feel like cooking tonight..... so I'll grab a hamburger on my way home from work.

I don't feel like calling my mother tonight..... so I'll update FB for a while.

I don't feel like eating this apple...... so I'll  have a candy bar instead.

I don't feel like going on a walk...... so I'll sit in front of my computer instead.

I need to get out of bed 15 minutes earlier to meditate.....but I don't feel like it right now so instead I hit the snooze button.

It doesn't matter in what area of your life that you are wanting to change.......you are never going to feel like it.
Inspiration isn't happening.
Motivation isn't happening.
It is your job to make yourself do the things that you don't want to do.

If you want something new in your life and if you want any kind of change.....you have to force yourself to get our of your comfort zone and do it.
You have to get past your feelings.

It is simple to change and to get what you want......but it isn't easy.

Do it today...whatever it is.
Don't wait until your feel like it......because it will never happen.

I will be honest with you..... I didn't feel like writing this blog.
My schedule got totally rearranged this morning and now it is late in the evening and I am stuck with writing this blog for tomorrow morning. I usually do my best writing early in the mornings because at that time my brain is more alert and awake and right now it is almost 8 pm in the evening.
But in the morning I will not have time to write this blog because I have an early morning meeting and the rest of the day is filled with activities. So if I don't write my blog tonight, it won't get gone and it needs to be published tomorrow morning.
Right now I just want to sit down and relax after a busy day.

It would have been so easy to say "I don't feel like writing this blog".
I had to get past my feelings .....and just force myself to do it.

The Magic Of Thinking Big - Fantastic Book

                                                            "Dream big.
                                                            Work Hard.
                                                   Never stop believing
                                                 that anything is possible."

I am sure that you have heard the saying ..."Without a vision people will perish"

We all must have a vision or a dream for our lives.
And it has to be bigger than just wanting to be able to pay the lousy bills. That one won't get you going on a Monday morning.

We must dream big dreams. We must have something to look forward to. Something great in the future that will pull us through the sometimes gray days and all the BS that environment and the world throws at us on a daily base.

We must have something to go for that inspires the heart and the soul.

Today I have the perfect book for you if you are ready to start dreaming big.

Many ambitious people go through life with admirable persistence and show of ambition, but they fail to succeed because they dot experiment with new approaches. Stay with your goal. Don't waver an inch from it. But don't beat your head against a wall. If you aren't getting results, try a new approach.
People who have bull-dog persistence, who can grab something and not let go, have an essential success quality. Here are two suggestions for developing greater power to experiment, the ingredient, that, when blended with persistence, gets results.

     1. Tell yourself. "There IS a way." All thoughts are magnetic. As soon as you tell yourself, "I am beaten. There is no way to conquer this problem," negative thoughts are attached, and each of these helps convince you that you are right, that you are whipped.
Believe instead, "There is a way to solve this problem," and positive thoughts rush into your mind to help you find a solution.
It's believing "there is a way" that is important.
Marriage counselors report no success in saving marriages until one and preferably both partners see that it is possible to win back happiness.
Psychologist and social workers say an alcoholic is doomed to alcoholism until he believes he can beat his thirst.
This year thousands of new businesses are being formed. Five years from now only a small portion will still be in operation. Most of those who fail will say, "Competition was just too much. We had no choice but to quit." The real problem is that most people hit the TAR (things are rough) barrier, they think only defeat and so they are defeated.
When you believe there is a way you automatically convert negative energy (let's quit, let's go back) into positive energy (let's keep going, let's move ahead).
A problem, a difficulty, becomes unsolvable only when you think it is unsolvable. Attract solutions by believing solutions are possible. Refuse, simply refuse, to even let yourself say or think that it's impossible.

     2. Back off and start afresh. Often we stay so close to a problem for so long that we can't see new solutions or new approaches.
An engineer friend was retained a few weeks ago to design a distinctly new aluminum structure; in fact, nothing even resembling it had ever been developed, or designed, before. I saw him just a few days ago and I asked him how his new building was coming along.
"Not too well", he replied. "I guess I haven't spent enough time with my garden this summer. When I live with tough design problems for a long stretch, I´ve got to get away and let some new ideas soak in.
"You'd be surprised," he continued, "to know how many engineering ideas come to me when I'm just sitting beside a tree holding a water hose on the grass."

I Am Fine......But Are You Really?

"The average person tells 4 lies a day or 1460 a year:
a total of 87 600 by the age of 60.
And the most common lie is:
                                                                    I'm Fine."

You hear people say it everywhere. At home, at work, at parties and on TV.
It is a very common phrase and people say it all the time.
Maybe you have even said it once or twice yourself?
I know I have said it many times.

Someone asks you how are you are doing, and you respond without hesitation......I am fine!

I am FINE.....does that express how you really feel?...... or is that something that you just have gotten used to saying because you don't want to tell the truth?

You are frustrated at work and you know that you should start looking for a new job, but instead of doing that you tell everyone....... including yourself that you are FINE?

You are deep in debt, but instead of trying to do something about it.....you are fine, and you go shopping some more.

How about your intimate relationship with your partner. You sleep in separate bedrooms and you never talk to each other......and you tell me that you are doing fine?

How about the new business you want to start but you feel like you have to wait until the kids graduate and move out of the house before you can act on your dream....... and you are fine?

How about all those extra pounds that you are carrying around year after year....and you are fine?

I don't think so!!!

But you are very smart........because if you are fine......you don't have to do anything about it.

Time to change. Start by telling yourself the truth.

I am fine.
You can lie to other people about how you feel.....but stop lying to yourself.

The things that you want in your life....... you have now convinced yourself that you cannot have them......and that you are......... FINE..... not having them.

And this is why you have stopped pushing yourself and you have given up and settled........and every time someone asks you say.............. I Am Fine!

But are you?

The World Needs Your Talents

"Your talent is Gods gift to you.
What you will do with it is your gift back to God."

Did you know that there is only one of you in this whole world?

There will never be another person exactly like you, ever again.
You are unique.

Did you also know that every single person on this planet is designed from birth with their own special talents.

If you develop these abilities and talents, they can enable you to accomplish anything that you want in life.

Everyone is genetically created to be able to do something extraordinary, something they enjoy doing, something they can do well and something that will give them great satisfaction from doing.

Your job is to find out what your special abilities or talents are and then start using them.

Don't hold back.

The world needs what you got.

Get Back On Track

                                                  "Appreciate a lesson learned means:
Being grateful you have wisdom for tomorrow that you didn't have yesterday."
                                                          - Doe Zantamata

People are a lot like trains. A train isn't going anywhere if it is off its track.

Same thing with people. If we are off track in our lives we will have problems moving forward and enjoying our journey.

Since we have no track to run on, we will find ourselves getting stuck.

It is very important that as soon as you realize your life is off track..... that you get back on it as quickly as possible.

The longer you stay off track the harder it will be to get back on it.

When a crisis or a setback occurs in our life...... it is trying to clear a space for something new that is trying to be born.
It is never the end.
It is the beginning of something new.

Bounce Don't Break - How to successfully get back on track after life knocks you down.

My book is available at  www.amazon.com in the US

How to Bounce and Not Break

"Every problem has a gift in its hands."
                                                               - Richard Bach

"Without the suffering that I had to go through I would not have been able to achieve the growth that I now have.
And because of my own suffering I am now in a better position to help others
It didn't break me.......it made me stronger."

One of the best ways to recover from a setback or a crisis is to have something new to go for right away.
Don't let a setback or a crisis affect you for a year or longer.
If you can ...put something together right away. Or as soon as possible.

What you are putting together might not be the total answer, but it allows you to start walking and not getting stuck.
Very important to have something new to focus on. Have a purpose and find meaning in your life.

You can continue to focus on what you can't control, the past and what is missing in life.
But if you continue to do this you will eventually feel stuck in a negative pattern.

Learn from the lessons that the crisis is providing but make sure that you start taking some steps forward as quickly as possible.

This is how my own life coaching business got started.

I suffered a huge crisis or breakdown in 2012.
Within 3 months my mother passed away. I walked away from a narcissistic abusive relationship and I also moved to another country.
It would have been easy to focus on my losses. To be honest...I did for the first 3-4 months.
But then I started to try to figure out what I was going to do with the rest of my life......and that is how my coaching business was born.
Today....five years later I have written and published my first book.

Your biggest problem today might be the biggest gift that you have ever received.
Because it may contain within it the lesson that you need to be successful in life.

My Book is available on www.amazon.com if you are in the US
If you are in Europe you can find it on www.amazon.co.uk.

My First Book - Bounce Don't Break

"What if all the bad things that have happened in my life
are leading me to activate some great potential in me?"

I have written and published my first book.

                                                           Bounce Don't Break.
How to successfully get back on track after life knocks you down.

It is easy to get off track in life when we don't have a well thought out plan.
Most of us are so busy with our lives and unfortunately we spend more time on planning our vacations than we do our lives.

Why is it so important to plan or design your own life?

If you don't......... you might end up living someone else's life and maybe they don't have much planned for you. And that is never a great way to live. Trust me I know. I made that mistake and the lesson was huge. That mistake landed me in the biggest setback or crisis in my own life, so far.

The good thing is that you don't have to wait for a crisis or a huge setback to change your life.
If you don't like the way your life is going right now.....you can change it.
You can make the decision today that you want to change. Start my making a plan and then take action.

You can change the direction of your life at anytime. You just have to decide that you want to live a better life in the future. A life that you have designed yourself.

When you design your own life, make sure that your vision of what you want is crystal clear. If you have a clear plan of what you want then it will be a lot easier to pay the price of discipline and the sacrifices that you have to make in order to reach your goals and make your vision or dream become a reality.

Yes... it will take a lot of work and dedication. Perseverance and a burning desire to get there.

This is a book about tips, ideas and strategies on how to create a life that you desire and truly deserve.
How I got back on track after life knocked me completely down in 2012.
Things I have learned through my own mistakes and lessons.
But also things that I have learned from other people that have walked the path before me.

Remember.....it doesn't matter where you are coming from.
All that matter is where you are going.

You have to keep on moving. Momentum is everything.
The less you move the less you want to move.
Action leads to more action.

This is a book on how to take your power back, break free from the past and step into your new future and to the life you were meant to live.

I wrote the book, but I could not have done it without the help from my good friend Anna-Karin Nelson.
She put it all together and published it for me. Thank you Anna-Karin

A big thank you to all my wonderful friends, both in the US and in Sweden who have supported me during my difficult times.

Special thanks to my wonderful friends Ingela Fure, Nina Hoffman and Annell Sizemore, for always supporting and believing on me.

A big hug to my four-legged support team at home. Nikki, Lady and Coco. Always generous with their unconditional love and kisses.

Don't Settle For Less Because You Are Too Impatient To Wait

                                                           "Never go back for less,
because you are too impatient to wait for the best."

All change is difficult. It doesn't matter if it is change that we choose. In other words a positive change. It is still difficult and sometimes even scary.
Our fear surfaces when we have to trade what is familiar to us for the uncertainty of something new and unknown.

This is exactly why so many of us choose to sleep walk through life.
We stay in jobs that will make us completely miserable, in relationships that we outgrew 20 years ago, leaving us feeling empty and lonely on the inside.

Ever heard the saying......I prefer the devil that I do know instead of the devil I don't know?

Most people will opt for what is more certain now..... because they are afraid of the possibility that they might end up worse than they were before.
But what about if they end up better than they were before?

We can create positive changes in our lives simply by taking action. Start by getting rid of a few things that don´t work and replace them with new things that will work.
But first we have to face a little uncertainty for a while........... but we will reap a lot of rewards later.

It could happen!!! Most likely it will happen.

All you have to do is to open yourself up for new possibilities in your life.
Feel a little uncomfortable for a while. It will go away. Maybe you might even like it?

People are capable of doing amazing things. But what people will do is disappointing.

Have you ever through about the price on inaction? What it might cost you?

We sell ourselves out and we settle for a life far smaller than the one we are capable of living.

Don't allow you life to just pass you by.

A life half-lived is the ultimate tragedy.

Let 2017 be the year that you stop settling for less of what you capable of doing and creating.

Raise your standards and start taking action.

Be the star in your own movie. You are the creator of it. Start designing it today. Don't wait.

You can do it!

I believe in you!

Great Book - Peace, Love and Healing by Bernie S. Siegel, M.D.

                                                           "Like the butterfly,
I have strength & the hope to believe,
In time I will emerge from my cocoon.
                                                                Transformed."

I came across this wonderful book over a year ago at a used book store. I bought it and then put it on my bookshelf of books to read.
Finally I got a chance to read it.

Peace, Love and Healing
Bodymind communication & The self path to self-healing: An Exploration

There will always be loss and grief. I know, however, that out of pain new love and true healing can occur. One must learn to use one´s pain for personal transformation, or longevity will be no gift. The path is difficult but it will lead to moments of great beauty.

Those who have learned to take the challenge of their illness and share responsibility for their treatment have chosen the path that leads to peace of mind and healing on a spiritual level.

Peace of mind is the goal to work for as you seek change.
If, as Candace Pert has said, your body is the outward manifestation of your mind, peace of mind is what you want it to manifest. That doesn't mean suppressing your feelings.

As we´ve discussed, people think that anger, for example, is a "bad" emotion, so they may try not to allow themselves to feel it when they are told they have a life-threatening disease.

But it´s okay to be angry-even with God. As one of our group members said, "I fired God a long time ago." Anger, anxiety, depression, fear and many other feelings are unhealthy only if they remain buried inside, unexpressed and not dealt with.

When you value yourself you express all your feelings, and then you let them go. Letting people know who you are and where you are in life means fewer conflicts occur. One result is that your relationships improve and even business improves.

From the book......... Peace, Love and Healing by Bernie S. Siegel, M.D.

Fantastic book! I highly recommend reading it. It is a very insightful and inspiring book.

Don´t Be Against Yourself

"Let today be the day you love yourself enough
to no longer just dream of a better life,
let it be the day you act upon it."
                                                         - Steve Maraboli

Do you like who you are?
Do you even know who you are?
Do you know you weaknesses and your strengths?
Do you dwell you your weaknesses or your shortcomings?
Do you ever think about your strengths?

A lot of people go through life feeling like something is wrong with them. They constantly focus on their weaknesses. They don`t feel that they are good enough.
Don`t go through life feeling like something is wrong on the inside.

If we continue to focus on what we are not, our flaws and our weaknesses, it might keep us from moving forward in life.
We won`t apply for a better job, we won`t take a chance on a new relationship or friendship or we won`t make an important move to another city or country.
We will stay stuck where we are.
Be confident that you are good enough as you are.

All of us have strengths and weaknesses. All of us have some areas in our lives that could use a little improvement. Other areas might need a little updating because we all are carry around a lot of baggage or conditioning that has become completely outdated and might need some upgrading.

Stop focusing on what is wrong with you and start focusing on what is right with you.
Quit dwelling on your flaws and stop overanalyzing your weaknesses.
Stop beating yourself up because you are not where you want to be in life.

As long as we live we can continue to learn and grow. We are never a finished product.
As long as we are breathing we can learn new things.
We can always continue to expand and to grow, if we want to.

Learn to enjoy where you are today.
But decide to take some daily action that will move you closer to where you want to be and who you want to be, in the future.

We all have weaknesses and we all have areas in our lives that need improvement.
But being down on yourself is never the answer and it will definitely not make you feel better about yourself.

Always walking around with a nagging feeling that you are not good enough and that you will never measure up it a terrible way of living your life, and it will definitely not make you feel any better and it will not allow you to move forward.

You must learn to accept yourself, right where you are. Faults an all.
Start this new year by being a little kinder to yourself.
Thank yourself and you body that you have made it this far. Be grateful.
Appreciate yourself and focus on what is right with you.

Personal growth and acceptance isn`t easy and it never happens as quickly as we want it to happen.
But most of the time we are not in charge on how long something will take.
We are in charge of taking one step at a time. Put one foot in front of the other and keep on moving. If we do this, we will eventually get to where we want to go.

Think of it like this.....you can never get away from yourself. Wherever you go...there you are.
You can go to work, get a new job,  you can be with friends and family,  you can change relationships, you can go outside and you can even go on vacation but you always have to take YOU with you.
You are the only person that you can`t get away from.

It doesn`t matter where you are....you take yourself with you.
You can get away from your spouse, children, your boss, friends or neighbors but you can never get away from you.

If you don`t like you, your life will be miserable.

There might be a few things wrong with you, you have a few flaws, who doesn´t. But I bet you have a lot more things right with you than wrong with you.
How about starting to focus on those things.

Keep you flaws in perspective. Don`t make the them bigger than they are.
We all have flaws!!!

Stop comparing yourself to others. Sometimes it looks like other people have a lot going on in their lives. They look healthy, happy and rich.....at least if we judge the pictures and photos on FB!!!
But is that really the truth? You don`t know that, so stop comparing your life to someone else's.

I know a lot of people tell themselves that they will happy after they lose some weight, get the perfect partner, get a better job, have more money or get rid of an addiction.........Only then will their life be perfect.
As soon as you overcome one weakness there will be something else that you must improve on.
It will be a never ending battle.

Don't go through life not liking yourself. You are stuck with you
Learn to feel good about yourself right where you are today. Enjoy your journey.

Also remember if you don't like yourself, how can you like someone else?
And how can you expect someone else to like you? If you don´t like YOU?

Don't go around being against yourself.

"When you accept Yourself, the whole world accepts YOU."
