There are things within our control and there are things that are outside of our control.
We need to identify and learn to discipline ourselves to focus on what we can control.
So many times we continue to focus on things that we don't want in our lives. Instead we need to learn to make a shift and figure out what it is that we do want instead and learn to focus on it

We only have so much mental energy in one day...make sure you use it wisely. Don't waste your energy on things that you cannot control.
Instead figure out what you really...really want and then shift your focus onto it.
