You - no one else!
To achieve major success in life - to achieve those things that are most important to you - you must assume 100% responsibility for your life. Nothing less will do".
- Jack Canfield from The Success Principles
Are you happy with the life you are living right now? If the answer is NO .....Are you planning on changing it? Why NOT?
So often we want our lives to be different than what they are today....but most of the time we are not willing to do the work that is required in order to make changes.
Maybe we have had the same habits for 10, 20 maybe even 30 years and our bad habits feel so familiar to us. Even if we don't like them, we know what to expect.
Changing your habits will make you feel uncomfortable for a while. But if you are willing to get out of your comfort zone and feel the uncomfortable feelings for about 21-30 days, it will get much easier. You will gain momentum and you will look back and say "WOW... I feel so much better now....I am so glad I stuck with it".
Learn to deal with the uncomfortable feelings without acting on them.
Change is hard. It requires a lot of work and consistent action day after day. A price most of us are not willing to pay. Instead we just settle where we are and we continue to complain about how we dislike our lives......Does this sound familiar?
You can "crystalize your vision".....create the "perfect game plan " but if you fail to take action, it doesn't matter how much you want it!! You have to be willing to actually get off the couch and get started.
Nothing happens until you move.
You are 100% responsible for where you are in life right now and you are 100% responsible for changing it. No one is going to do the work for you. If you are waiting for other people to do it for you....you will be waiting a long time! This is not a dress-rehearsal....get started living a better life TODAY
"Do you want to be a pioneer of the future...or a prisoner of the past"? - Deepak Chopra
So I suggest that you get off the couch.....get out of your comfort zone.....try something new...and like Nike says....Just Do It!
