4 Steps to Change

  Here are some simple tips on how to create change in your life





1. Recognize



If you can't Recognize it - You can't change. What is the Truth?


2. Acknowledge



Who created this Reality? (I did)
Take responsibility for Good as well as Bad.


3. Forgive



Forgive Everyone. Parents, siblings, teachers, friends, partners, spouses.
Forgive Yourself.
