Life Is Both Ups And Downs

"Life is full of ups and downs.

The trick is to enjoy the ups and have courage during the downs."

Life is always changing.

If we don't like the way things are right now, we only have to wait for a while and things will change. It always does and it always will.

Sometimes in life we are up, and sometimes we are down. Sometimes we are happy and sometimes we are sad. That is life.

We will never have things go smoothly and life will not be easy all the time, and we must learn to accept this.

We all go through ups and downs, but it's during the down times, that most of the growth takes place. It's during these time that we have to go to work.

"Sometimes the most important life lessons are the ones

we end up learning the hard way."

Anyone can feel good when they have their health, the bills are paid and you have healthy and happy relationships.

Anyone can feel good when the kids are doing well and business is successful. Anyone can be positive then.

When things are going good it's easy to have a large vision for our life. Anyone can have faith during those circumstances.

But the real challenge of growth, mentally, emotionally and spiritually is when we get knocked down.

How we handle being knocked down, that is where the real growth takes place.

"We don't grow when things are easy.

We grow when we face challenges."

If you find yourself stuck... here is something you can do.

Evaluate where you are. Asses yourself. Learn about yourself and your patters.

What brought you here? What role did you play?

"Life is always up and down,

so why are you worried when you are at the bottom,

                                                    the next place is up."
