ReplyDeleteHi! It sounds like you are stuck in a non productive thought pattern. Our thoughts create our present and also our future. It all starts with our thoughts. Our thoughts will create our feelings and then we will take action or no action on those feelings. We don't have control over a lot of things but we can control our own thoughts. So the first thing we must do is to become aware of our thoughts. Begin with writing them down on a piece of paper. Then start to challenge those thoughts....are they true or not? Train yourself to be aware of what your are thinking and then make some small changes. Having some small goal will also help us move along and get excited about our life and the future. A goal will act like a magnet and it will pull us forward away from being stuck. I hope this has been helpful and remember that you don't have to stay stuck in this pattern.
