It's Time To Level Up!

                                                           "To change bad habits,
we must study the habits of successful role models."
                                                                  - Jack Canfield

The level up is about improving not impressing. Show yourself that you can get better. It's You vs You at the end of the day.

It's a known fact that by the second week of February the majority of people have already given up on the goals they set for themselves at the beginning of the new year. But instead of giving up on the goals we want to accomplish for ourselves in 2024, it's now time to level up instead of giving up.

Surround yourself with people who force you to level up.

If you want to create a higher level of success, you are going to need to drop some of your bad habits. Not exercising, eating unhealthy food, watching too much TV, constantly surfing the internet, smoking or drinking too much, just to name a few and replace them with more productive and empowering habits. Whatever habits you currently have established are producing your current level of results. If you want to get to the next level you have to develop and stick with some higher level habits.

Every next level of your life will demand a different version of you.

Your habits determine your outcomes. Getting to the top requires focused action, personal discipline, and lots of energy every day to make things happen.

The habits you develop from this day forward will ultimately determine how your future unfolds.

So what habits do you need to drop right now?

And what habits do you need to start developing so that you can have a better future and life?

You can't step up to the next level as long as keep your foot on the lower level.

Also remember that a lot of times the results of our poor habits usually don't show up until much later in life.

The person you will be in 5 years depends largely on the books you read, the people you spend time with, the food you eat, the habits you adapt and the conversations you engage in.
