"We define ourselves far too often by our past failures.
That´s not you. You are this person right now.
You´re the person who has learned from these failures.
Build confidence and momentum with each good decision
you make from here on out
and choose to be inspired."
- Joe Rogan
Most people will stay consistent with how they define themselves.
We act consistently with who we believe we are.
The way a lot of people live today is set by a set of choices that they made 10, 20, 30 or 40 years ago.
We made decisions in our youth of who we are and also what we are capable of doing and that later will become our own glass ceiling.
We decide that this is who we are and we stop trying to do new things.
We accept that this is the way things are and this is the way it will be.
Great question to ask yourself
When did I decide to accept this limitation?
A lot of times we have adapted to be a certain way maybe because we are afraid of failing or we want other people to like us.
We have become a certain way, but that is not necessarily who we are.
It is hard to be truly happy when you are not being yourself.
Tip!
Take sometime to discover who you are.
Connect with your true nature.
Set s higher standard for what you want in your life.
