Friendships is One of the Most Valuable Possesions in this World

"A friend is someone who knows all about you
                                                                and still loves you"
                                                                   - Elbert Hubbard

Did you know that our relationships count for 80% of our happiness?
Yet we have a tendency to neglect this area of our lives. We often get so busy and we forget to stay in touch with our friends and family. We don´t spend the time with the people we care about.
Friendships is one of the most valuable things in this world.

We must tend to our relationships like a garden. You can´t let it go too long without tending to it. If you want your garden to bloom you must tend to it often. Nourish it and protect it.

To be of full value to someone doesn´t mean that you have to be around all the time but you can stay in touch. Be available. Call..... be there......listen.

Invest in your relationships. It doesn´t matter if it is a marriage, friendship or a business relationship. Invest in each other. Contribute to each other. Share new great ideas, inspiration, hope and plan the future together. Create a vision.

Don´t allow too much time to pass without staying in touch. How long has it been since you sat down with this person, called them, wrote them an email or maybe even a card or a letter?
Too long?

It is easy to get too busy, to let things slide. Not staying in touch and not calling often enough.
Pay especially attention if someone is older and all of a sudden they pass.
Then we might have a lot of regrets, that we didn´t stay in touch more often.

Staying in touch is a very important part of life. Take care of those things that truly matter.
To have good friends, we must be a good friend to other people.
Stay in  touch!
