It could be things like...
Starting a daily exercise routine.

Reading a book for 30 minutes every day.
Do one kind thing daily for a complete stranger.

Too Busy? Stop For a Second

Busy... Busy... Busy... Are you always busy?

Busy doing what?


A lot of people fill their lives with endless activities.

If we continue to live like this it won´t allow for any creativity, reflection and magic time to enter our lives.
We will be too tired to notice it.

But in order to be successful we must learn to create a little space once in a while in our packed schedules.

If we create a little more space in our lives, we will be able to connect to something bigger than ourselves and that will allow for some creative energy to flow through us.

We can create more space in our lives by meditating, yoga, listening to some soft music, sitting still in nature, going for a slow walk or scheduling some quiet time where we simply just do nothing for a period of time.

Being able to create some space in our busy schedules is a huge element for success because it will allow us to have easier access to our creativity and also our inner guidance.

Have you ever tried to solve a problem and no matter how much you tried to analyze it or tried to solve it... you were not able to come up with a solution?

So instead you decided to go for a walk or maybe you decided to just take a break and go out in your garden or nature and all of a sudden you came up with a solution to your problem.

Spend Time With People Who Fit Your Future

If you don´t like the results, maybe it is time to change your thoughts.

A lot of us are using way too much of our mental energy on where we are right now.
On how much we don't like it, and how bad it is.

If you change your thoughts - it will change your life.

Stop wasting mental energy on old outdated pictures. Take them down. 

It is time to create a new picture for your life. 
Start doing some creative thinking. Figure out what is possible for you.

Keep you mind on a higher image than a lower concern.
Make a shift and start thinking of what you want instead.
Create it and then take action every day towards it.
Stop wasting time and energy on things and people that doesn´t matter.
Leave them where they are.

Love, Accept And Approve Of Yourself

We all hear of the importance of loving ourselves, but what does it really mean to love yourself?

Everything in your life start with loving yourself. Most of us don't think about self-love and don't know what it means to love ourselves.

The things is ... if you can't love yourself, you can't love others. You can't give away what you don't have.

If you don't love yourself and feel that you and not worthy of love, it will be impossible to accept love from others.



 1. Acceptance - Loving yourself for exactly who you are - right now. Don't compare yourself to other people. You love who you are.

 

2. Awareness - Get to know who you are and who you are not. Always be completely honest even if  it's difficult.


3.Compassion - Be gentle and kind to yourself. Watch your self-talk! Be able to let go of self-criticism. Get enough sleep, exercise, eat healthy food, stop overworking and get rid of toxic relationships.


4. Forgiveness - Forgive yourself for the things you did in the past. You didn't know back then what you know today.

5. Self-Esteem - Believe that you can do anything. You believe in yourself even if nobody else does. Be your own biggest cheer-leader.


6. Self -Empowerment - Dream your dream and go for it! Be the star in your own movie! Don't hold back. Even if it seems crazy and people in your life won't support you. You are not going to do less than your heart and soul desires.


7. Self-Respect - Only have respectful relationships and situations in your life. And things that don't align with that ... let them go!


8. Trust your Intuition - Listen to your inner wisdom ... no matter what!


9. Have more Fun -  Learn to laugh at yourself! Spend time with people that make you laugh. Spend time doing what you love, start a new hobby, create new friendships/relationships.


10. Be who you are - You are out there in the world, expressing who you are. Don't hold back. Be yourself. Be authentic. 


11. Self - Worth - Value yourself based on who you are on the inside. Not what is going on on the outside. You are enough.



                                             Today I promise Myself 

I will only have relationships that are supporting my vision and my dream. I won't allow anyone else to plan my life for me or to tell me how to live my dream.

I will create a Soul-Family. People that have earned my trust and the right to hear my story.

I will not settle for breadcrumbs. I will Say "No thank you" but I want the whole cake. I won't lower my standards.




If you choose to love yourself than you never have to look for it elsewhere. 
You don't have to stay in toxic relationships, bad jobs, sacrifice your dreams or living another person's dream or life.
