Time For Vacation

"Taking good care of you, means the people in your life will receive the best of you,
rather than what´s left of you.

I just want to let you know that I will be taking some time off.

For the next three weeks I will not be writing any new blogs or newsletters,
and I will spend limited time on social media

I will return again on Monday September the 19th.

Train Yourself To Do It Anyway

"If someone offers you an amazing opportunity and you´re not sure you can do it,
say YES - then learn how to do it later."
                                                         - Richard Branson

Are you facing tough problems and big challenging obstacles right now?

Sometimes these problems can have enough mass to pull us away from getting what we want.

It is like gravity, it keeps pulling us down and further and further away from our dream.

When this force gets bigger and stronger and as the challenges gets tougher and lasts longer,
it is easy to give in to the challenge and to give up on our dream.

Don´t give in!

It doesn´t matter how miserable you feel and how tough it feels......you must motivate yourself.
Do whatever has to be done..... no matter how big the obstacle is.

Remember the choice is yours.

You don´t have to feel good to do stuff.....just make yourself do it.

Train yourself to do it anyway.

Are You Wasting Mental Energy Doing This?

"Winning doesn´t always mean being first.
Winning means you´re doing better than you´ve done before."

It only takes one or two bad habits to stall your progress.

Complaining, worrying and wishful thinking might be a few of those minor habits that will prevent you from reaching your dream.

These habit might seem minor, but repeated day in and day out they might cancel out the progress you are looking for.
They will waste your mental energy.

You have to cut out negativity from your environment.
And you also have to remove pessimism from your life.

When you do this you will have a healthier focus and perspective on winning.

Why Personal Development is so Important

"When we are no longer able to change a situation,
we are challenged to change ourselves."
                                                       - Victor E. Frankl

Do you like to help others?

If this sounds like you.......one of the best things you can do is to help you first.

The best contribution you can make to someone is your own personal development.

If you become 10 times wiser or 10 times stronger, think what that will do for your relationships, marriage, friendships or business colleagues.

So the best gift you can give to others, is your own on-going personal development.
Get stronger, better and become wiser.

Self-development enables you to serve others better.

You will become more valuable to those around you.

Personal development will also increase you earning potential.

                               "Income seldom exceeds personal development."
                                                              - Jim Rohn

Always learn new things. Stop focusing on what other people do or don´t do.

Put the focus on you. Study yourself. Learn about yourself. Start developing yourself.

Have You Conformed to The Average Life?

                                              "Great Spirits have always encountered
                                            violent opposition from mediocre minds."
                                                               - Albert Einstein

Some people will stop us from following our dreams.
They tell us that it isn´t possible to accomplish such a big dream.

Some People will talk us out of taking a risk.
They remind us of the other attempts we made and how we failed to accomplish our dream.

Don´t waste your life trying to conform to other people´s expectations.
Some people have conformed to the limits set on them by others.
They are simply living like robots.

They wake up and go to work at a job they hate.
They stay in a relationship that they outgrew many years ago.
They come home and watch TV and surf the Internet for hours before they go to sleep.
Get up the next day and do it all over again.

These are the people that have conformed to the average life. They don´t have any dreams of their own that they are chasing.
They don´t do something that goes against the status quo and they don´t dare to be different.

Have people talked you out of following your dream?
Have you conformed to what other people want you to be or do?

If you want the good life, you have to create it.
Never settle for a mediocre life.

How Do You Define Yourself?

"We define ourselves far too often by our past failures.
That´s not you. You are this person right now.
You´re the person who has learned from these failures.
Build confidence and momentum with each good decision
you make from here on out
                                                       and choose to be inspired."
                                                                - Joe Rogan

Most people will stay consistent with how they define themselves.

We act consistently with who we believe we are.

The way a lot of people live today is set by a set of choices that they made 10, 20, 30 or 40 years ago.

We made decisions in our youth of who we are and also what we are capable of doing and that later will become our own glass ceiling.

We decide that this is who we are and we stop trying to do new things.

We accept that this is the way things are and this is the way it will be.

Great question to ask yourself
When did I decide to accept this limitation?

A lot of times we have adapted to be a certain way maybe because we are afraid of failing or we want other people to like us.

We have become a certain way, but that is not necessarily who we are.

It is hard to be truly happy when you are not being yourself.

Tip!
Take sometime to discover who you are.
Connect with your true nature.
Set s higher standard for what you want in your life.

Do You Need A Paradigm Shift?

"When someone tells you it can´t be done,
it´s more a reflection of their limitations, not yours."

Paradigms control our lives.

So what are paradigms?

Paradigms are a multitude of habits, other peoples habits that we inherited.
Our parents, grandparents, siblings, friends or teachers.

You can blame who ever you want for being who you are, because you probably didn´t do it!!!

But you must also understand that these people did their best.... and they gave you the best that they had.

They could not give you what they didn´t have.

But if you don´t like it......you are responsible for changing it.

No one can change you..... but YOU.

If you want to cry or complain about what happened in the past.....it won´t do you any good.

You have to change.

Can you change your paradigm.......YES you can.

When we know that our paradigm is controlling our lives and when we also know that we can change the paradigm......we have HOPE.

If we have hope we also have options.

A lot of times we have been programmed to live the way we are living.
We don´t know how to change it....and we feel stuck.

Having hope means that you have options and our job is to become aware of our options.

How do we do this?

Learn about yourself. Expand your level of awareness.

You must become aware of yourself, what you do on a daily base and also of what you are capable of doing.

Be honest of where you are right now. Tell the truth.

Change your habits.

Your results are a reflections of your awareness at this particular moment.

How to Create a Breakthrough

"The first step towards getting somewhere
is to decide that you are not going to stay where you are."
                                                             - Unknown

Focus on what you want - not what you fear.

What you fear and focus on you will get more of.
You must focus on the direction that you want to go.

You will never get what you want if you continue to focus on what you don´t want.

Be honest. See things how they really are. Don´t lie.
See it as it is. Not worse than it is, like most people do.

See it better than it is. What is your vision or outcome?
If you have a compelling future, you can get there.

Create a blueprint or a plan to meet your vision.
Make it simple and don´t forget to take action.

Make sure that you are spending your time, emotions and your focus on things you can control, not things you cannot control.

Do things that you absolutely control.
You control what you focus on and what you feel inside.

You get to determine what you feel inside, no matter what someone says or does in your life.

There is nothing in your life that you are going to feel that you are not creating, and that you can´t change in a heartbeat. If you want to.

Do not stress out about things you can´t control or change.

Love Yourself - Give Yourself More Time - Enjoy the Journey

"There is no telling how many miles you will have to run while chasing a dream."
                                                              - Unknown

"Never give up on a dream just because the time it will take to accomplish it.
                                                     The time will pass anyway."
                                                         - Earn Nightingale

When we are trying to create something new or trying to reach a particular goal we often feel frustrated by the amount of time it will take.

Most often we want the reward without having to do any or very little of the work involved.

That is never going to work. It will take hard work to be able to accomplish anything and to be able to reach our dreams.

A lot of times we get frustrated and we quit halfway through the process or the journey.

Don´t quit. Anything worthwhile will take some time to create.

Instead here are a few tips when you feel frustrated with your slow progress towards your goals and your dreams.

Give yourself a little more time to accomplish your dream.
A lot of people will overestimate what they can do in one year. And then they will underestimate what they can do in a few years.
It will take time.

Be more loving to yourself.
Be kind to yourself. You are doing the best that you can. Stop beating yourself up and stop being a perfectionist.
It will happen for you.

You have a lot to give
Sometimes we will lose faith in ourselves. We have doubts that what we want to do isn´t going to be important and we have doubts and we often fear that we will not be able to pull it off.
You can make a difference.

Take time to develop.
Learn new things. Study. Read books. Take classes. Go to workshops and seminars.
Personal development. Learn about yourself - who you are.

Enjoy some of it on the way.
It is not the destination  - it is the journey.

Love yourself
Give yourself more time
Enjoy the journey

Happy Travels!

Your Environment is Everything

You become like the 5 people you spend the most time with.
                                                           Choose carefully.

One great way of doing things that we feel are impossible to do or to accomplish, is to find someone or several people who have already done what we are trying to do.

If you are trying to accomplish a certain goal..... go out and search for the people that has already accomplished this goal.

Identify the people that are already doing the things you want to do.... both in business and in life.

Both the everyday people and also the mentors that will show us the roadmap to make our dreams a reality.

You can find them in person by attending a seminar that they are teaching.
Or you can read books written by people who have already accomplished what you are trying to do.

Also look around at your current environment.....do the people that you spend the most time with actually supporting you in your journey to accomplish your dream?

Do these people encourage you?

Or are they pulling you down and sometimes even make you doubt yourself and what you are trying to accomplish?

For each person who doesn´t bring you up, you must create a plan to spend less and less time with this person.

Start spending time around  people that you admire. Find videos on-line, read books, attend conferences, find meetup organizations or go to live seminars.

Who do you spend most of your time with?

Do they build you up and inspire you?
